Representative named Jesse cancelled our pick-up at the very last minute after stringing us along for days with false promises. Very unprofessional and caused losses for our client. I wouldn't recommend this company if time is a factor for your shipment.

the report you have listed is false completly. epic logistics had verbaly agreed for my company to transport a permitted load through the state of pa.
during the set up process we found epic to have the worst credit we have seen ever, 6 out of 100. we could not move there freight unless the signed a rate confirmation was in hand and a signed credit card release on the amounts in writing.
the day before good friday we received a rate confirmation at 1:31 west coast time, 4:31 east coast time the permit office in the state of pa was closed, it was also closed on good friday meaning we could not move there load both because of poor credit and the permit office was closed.
we can not move freight illegally, they never had a credit card release form returned.
this is a scam report my staff member darrell had timed stamped all documants to prove this but still yet with no credit we can not move there freight.
i have been envolved for 31 years in this business and have never seen a bigger miss use of the truth.
