This company hires agents to work for them. As an agent we were promised a sign on bonus plus a 5% bonus each month. After emailing and asking about all of this for weeks at a time, never receiving a response then get a phone call on 12/16/2014 out of nowhere saying they are discontinuing using us as an agent and are withholding settlements until the customer pays all invoices which is not supposed to happen, they promise in their contract for WEEKLY payments. I signed with this company the end of October- BEWARE other agents who are trying to make a living for themselves. They do not keep their promises and their communication is HORRIBLE with their agents.

This agent was released due to the liability issues that were high risk on Armstrong, caused by this agent.  We have extensive email communication with this agent throughout the time this person was with us.  We had 4 missing semi-trailers for over 1 month under this persons care.  The Customers calling and reporting to authorities that the trailers were stolen along with carriers who were made large payment promises which the customers said they would not pay due to poor service and missing equipment.  

If we can’t bill the customers then we can’t pay an agent for nothing earned while still paying out the carriers at our loss.  We attempted to reach this person to get help on handling their issues but very little response and the customers came to us direct with the serious issues.  We have since helped the customer’s retrieve their equipment along with get the carriers taken care of since we take pride in our customers along with the hard working carrier base.  Please reach out to us at Armstrong is you have any questions about this and we have over 50 agents who are paid weekly and are extremely happy with our company.
