It will not help you at all. They are one of the worst bottomfeeders out there. You did not say how old the debt was - so it sounds like you do know what you are doing go to www.budhibbs.com - Scroll down to Dealing with Collectors 101! This consumer advocate website can help you and educate you in the correct way to deal with any collection attempt. Collection Agencies do not want you to know about this site - they expose all the ILLEGAL tricks they use to collect money no longer legally collectible. They give you info on statute of limitations, letters to send etc, laws in your state about recording calls for proof of FDCPA violations etc.

The reason why arrow act's the way they do because they are corrupt & they are In chicago. They are liars & scum of the earth they are the worst collection agency even worse then nco. The attorney general has already filed a lawsuit agaisnt them last year 01/2007 & has set guidelines for them to follow. Buy reading from these complaints they are setting themselves up for another lawsuit. All the people who arrow has done wrong needs to file a class action lawsuit agaisnt them when the attorney general files a new lawsuit, cause It seems they haven't learned there lesson. Just like nco hasn't.
