I am a past living testament to the clown. They tried to grossly inflate my balance and when I slapped them with eth FDCPA violation quote, they kept changing the amount ot what best fit them They would tell us one thing and report another. I spent 1 year getting them to go away for good. We need to fight back against false, incorrect reporting. Courts see it this way, and I know...I've won on this following argument. --- If the company is aware and/or has become aware and has reason to know that a credit reporting by them is reporting incorrectly and fails to properly respond by correcting and/or attempting to correct that reporting, that company is fully liable for false reporting to a CRA under the FCRA. 1 count violation PER credit report. --- You can definately take THAT to the bank (court). Join us at onenationunites.com and voice your opions of this and any other bad business practices. Lets stand together and fight back.
