Arrow Financial Services - Arrow Financial Ripoff AFS Habitual Violators of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act Niles Illinois
Bank of America sold an account to Arrow Financial Services. I paid off the Arrow account in January 2005, now here it is March 2006, and lo and behold, it is still being listed as an unpaid collections. They even re-aged my collections account on my credit files. I call them and they tell me that it has been fixed on my credit report. I look at a live version of it online and it is still there after 15 months! I dispute and dispute with the credit file and Arrow just reverifies the debt. Then Arrow fully admits to me that I owe nothing. I have them on five separate violations. I am preparing to sue them. If anyone knows a lawyer in Tennessee who will take this on, let me know!

Hello Richard, Below you will find the home address and home phone number of Arrow Financial Services Vice Preident Paul V. Kottmer. Paul and his wife Celia B. Kottmer currently reside in Grayslake IL. Perhaps if you were to give Paul a "Friendly" phone call or two he would take the needed steps to assist you. Heck, if you happen to be in the area you could even stop by his house for a "friendly" visit to discuss the matter in person with Pual. I wouldn't think Paul would mind one bit if you contacted him at home. Arrow Financial after all seems to have no problem contacting you at your home on your time now do they? So go ahead.
