They sold me a truck that has flood damage. They never made me aware of the damages to it prior to the sale. I am writing this report to make everyone else aware of this. They make everything seem ok, and because it's a dealership you believe them. This maybe a salvage vehicle with a branded title, I don't have title yet, so I dont know yet. Either way it was literally flooded at some point. But they take the vehicles they buy to Kansas, obtain the titles, move the vehicle to Missouri, obtain a new title with the intent of the brand falling off the title. This does happen it's known as "washing the title". It doesn't stop there, they then move the vehicle to its final destination where they will again retitle it, then sell it to you. Its all to present a clean title if you want proof that they own it before you purchase it, so they avoid disclosing the damage to you. They lied in my contract saying that a list of things like head lights and other things worked. They didn't work they had to have popped the fuse out and back in before my scheduled test drive. It was my first purchased semi truck. I hired a family friend to drive it. He picked up the vehicle.

It happened to be Friday. The sun set, he turned on the headlights, they didn't work. All kinds of dash warnings popped up. He found the nearest TA, got out realized none of the lights were working. It wasn't just the head lights. Break lights, headlights turn signals...$120 later, after a diagnostic, its the fuses. Easy fix right? Nope the inside of the fuse box is corroded, the fuses too. We cleaned it the best we could, bought new fuses, It worked for 15-20 minutes then they started to flicker. Arrow was closed. I called everyone in all the paperwork. I found out the Arrow Action center for issues with your truck is a scam. I was talking to one man in the morning claimed to be with Volvo. Same number later after lights flickered uncontrollably yhey answered the phone Arrow action. This guy was looking things up, I heard a woman in the background answering the phone Global Solutions.

Either way your not getting help even with a warranty without paying a huge amount of money for a lemon. This truck beyond qualifyies for the lemon law, mis represention, false advertising, violating the contract before the purchase and after, in multiple ways and after. I am sitting here, my driver got pulled over for the flickering lights. If he keeps going and gets caught he will lose his license. If he stays the truck will cost 3 times what it should. Things just aren't reasonably priced on the road. We are a brand new business. Tomorrow I have to find a lawyer. It's disappointing that this is happening. Its even worse that its my first truck and the company I always wanted to start may be gone before it really starts. I took my family with me to purchase the vehicle. My wife asked a few good questions and we were assured the vehicle was in road ready condition, and it was a great used vehicle. This vehicle is a safety hazard and reupholstered scrap. How the salesman David in Tampa Florida could not just lie to me, but sit there and lie to my disabled wife, and tell one of my sons how great the truck is and how one day maybe he could drive that truck. I'm astonished and appalled by the lack of morality, humanity, ethics, and morality.
