The collision to this Suburban caused suspension damage, but not frame damage. The frame was within Chevrolet's specifications by 3 mm. We were paid by the insurance company to repair the vehicle to the factory specifications, which we did. However, the customer had 20' aftermarket wheels and tires that caused a vibration problem. Because of the oversized tires and wheels the alignment was out of specification and to get a proper adjustment the factory frame specifications had to be altered. When we installed an original set of tires and wheels, the vehicle drove perfectly, to which the customer agreed. The insurance company did let the customer take his Suburban to another body shop which found the frame off 2 mm. Factory tolerances are plus or minus 5 mm., so they were well within specification. While the customer insists that we didn't apologize that was not the case. Both the Body Shop Manager, Darrold Elhard and the Service Manager, David Fredrickson worked very hard on the owners complaint and tried to accommodate him within insurance company guidelines. Our Body Shop manager has been with us 36 years in that capacity. We are direct repair facilities for numerous insurance companies. They trust our workmanship so much that they let us write the customer's estimates without sending out an adjuster. We also use state of the art equipment including two frame machines and down draft paint booths. While the customer was not happy with his repairs, in no way was he ripped off.

His Name is Dave Fredrickson, sorry for the mistake. You would think I would remember the name of someone who thought that my wife and I needed "to be fixed". Never, ever do buisness with him or Rick josie... it is my personal opinion that they could care less about you or your car.
