On saturday 5/17/2011 I went down town Little Rock Ar to have dinner at the Flying Fish restarant located on Clinton Ave on the River Market.

I parked in a legal parking space on the corner of Clinton and River Market Ave i was in the resterant for about 45 min when i returned to where I had parked my Ram 4x4 it was not in the parking space a police officer approached me and informed me that my truck had been towed.

The officer told me that I was in the Trolly lane on the line he also to me that my truck was sent to the city impound in south Little rock and I could not get it until Monday because they were closed for the weekend.

I live 45 miles away in Pine Bluff Ar now I am stranded with no transportation there was a vender lady on the same street called me over and told me that the they used the tow truck to pull my truck from the parking space they pulled it out side ways she said my tires were leaning and squeaking and making poping sounds as they pulled after they got it out they dragged it onto the flatbed tow truck the lady stated that they were tearing up your truck she gave me her name and phone number if I need a witness to how my truck was being treated by the Asher wrecker.

I went to the impound that Monday 19th with in mind to have my truck towed to Landers Chrysler Dodge dealership but I was unable to get a tow truck I didnt want to drive it out of the impound because I believed the truck to be dammaged due to the way that lady described the truck was dragged.

I called my insurance company my agent advised me to drive it to the dealership since I had explaind the situation after pulling off from the impound yard the service 4 wheel alarm appeard along with several other alarms i knew then there was some serious damage had been done.

This truck was bought new not a scratch on it very seldom driven now its damaged due to some irresponsible wrecker service

The truck is still at the Dealership being looked they did tell me today there is some serious damage the impound charged me 265 dollars plus a ticket of 35.00

I have been going to the River Market for years I know the parking rules there is somthing going on down there with the police department and the Asher wreacker service that needs to be looked at. I am very ticky about how and where I park my Ram I most certainly would not park it so a trolly can hit it,
