I found further informtion following my Yelp report

So I called your store and spoke with her at this point I already knew I was interested in the Hogan Sectional she said she couldn't give me a price  over the phone but there was a huge sale starting the next day come in.the sectional was retail price for $ 2049.00  At that point I felt it was out of my price range so i decided to shop at other stores.  After looking around I found a sectional,a child's bed and box spring for my youngest child's room for $1800.00 I made the deal and thought I was done.

Today 04/15/2011 I received a call from "Jay" a sales person at your store Georgia Mills had him call me because I never went in to see what she could do . I didn't think  they could sell me the sectional for what I wanted to spend so I didn't want to waist there time that's why I never went in to see what they could do. "Jay" told me  I had told Jay that the it was $1500 no tax free delivery. Jay called me back 30 minutes later confirmed the sectional and I confirmed the price and at that point I told him I would be there in 20 minutes. Georgi Mills a was standing right next to him and she had just told him that she would beat mor's deal and they would be there till 8pm.

I think Jay thought I would be a easy sale because he started disclosing to me that this big "$ 10,000,000 liquidation sale"  was all a third party that was hired by you to get sales up and all they did was mark everything up 30% to 40% to discount down to regular price I couldn't believe he had said that then he went on to say out of your local three stores and he was the top guy. He said he sold $25,000 last week and only made $1000 so he was thinking of going back to the car business because he wasn't making any money.  

At this point I was ready to see pricing and he tryed to full pop me on things he had already gave me pricing on he told me up stairs that the bed would be priced at $300 then he sat there and tryed to close me at $479 for the same bed down stairs. So I just cut to the chase and gave him my offer witch I thought was fair for a returning customer and considering he had gave me pricing for the sectional and bed for $1800 I told him what I could do .

At the end we where $300 apart.  I thought I had to think about it and the pricing of the sectional wasn't what Jay told me on the phone that Georgia told him they would do for me. so Jay told me he had another customer there and we will part as friends if we didn't have a deal. I said fine shook his hand then "out of respect " for Georgia Mills because the reason I went back was because of her I went to tell her it didn't work out but I will consider it since we where so close. Georgia tells me she took all the profit out of the deal the only thing left in the deal was for Jay commission and it was a right now deal because she got the OK from her manager so that sounded to me like a pretty weak close attempt so I just shook my head and smiled.

Now this is when things went haywireGeorgia says to me my loyalty isn't worth $300  I say don't talk to me like that she says just leave and turns her back on me. Now what happens next happens in the middle of your show room on a 04/15/2011 Friday  about 7:15 pm caused 100% by Georgia Mills lack of customer service and professionalism. I defend myself and tell her If she was a woman of her word we would have a deal because she are charging me $300 more for the sectional than she told her boy Jay  to tell me and that's why I was there because they called me . Her lack of professionalism got the best of here and the "Sales Manager"

Georgia Mills lost it and proceeded to bang on the counter and tell me to leave over and over again! I'm sure everyone in that side of the store heard our discussion.(we both where being very loud with each other at this point ) So I continued to tell her that if I ever gave her a price on a product I was selling over the phone I would honor the price when she got there .  

At this point I just thought enough was enough and decided to exit your showroom. My point is I was ready to spend another $2500.00 in your showroom tonight that would have put me at about $7000.00 since 08/10 I know I'm not your biggest customer but I gotta be someone you want to keep coming back considering I have 4 rooms in my house unfurnished and I planed to come back for more I live 70 plus miles from your store and I would have been back for allot more but I will not be returning to your store not even for a apology (or to buy Ashley's furniture) because you got people running your store that could handle a angry customer at jack in the box I just wish I could return the furniture I bought 7 months ago.

I will be posting this email on every retail review site I can find because I know if you if you have people like this running your store and letting them run scams like this liquidation sale you have going right now you don't care about keeping your customers happy(only want to make a quick buck) and you must have so many customers you don't care about repeat business.

Georgia Mills has NO PLACE talking to me in this manner and after reviewing the many negative Yelp post has NO PLACE Managing others.
