I filed a written report to my credit union and returned the package/product unopened to the sender. My credit union reversed the charges and returned the 70.00 dollars to my account.

I received Altovis in the mail for a free trial. I received my credit card bill and had a purchase of 70.00 on my bill. I called the company and asked them about this charge. They said since they have already shipped out the product they cannot credit my account. I did not authorize them to enroll me in their managed care. I was not informed of this enrollment when I ordered this product. The sale representative says that it states this on back of the box. I told him that alot of people don't read the back of boxes.I told him that they are e rip off and they are misleading the public by not personally stating at the beginning of the free trial that they are automatically being enrolled in the managed care program. I think they should refund every dollar to their consumers for misleading them.

THIS COMPANY IS A 100% RIP-OFF....THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR AUTHORIZATION.....I WAS TOLD TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK AND DID DO THAT HOWEVER, THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO THEM ABOUT IT THE "SUPERVISOR" HUNG UP ON ME! THE PRODUCT DOESN'T EVEN WORK...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY OR ITS PRODUCT.

to all those who havent, you need to cancel your credit or debit card. you are not dealing with a legitamint company. there sole purspoe is to rip you off, the longer they have your c.c.#s, the more money they will get from you. im out over 200$, freaking believe it. they hit my c.c. 3 times in a months span. 69$ a pop. so in all 4 69$ charges. i have filed a lawsuit, been to my bank, bitched and complained etc.... this all started about 6 months ago. so good luck getting your money. because i havent seen a dime.

If you placed an order with veromaxx.com or any other company or website other than that of the company who actually distributes the product .. Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals owner Steve Warshak, try contacting the number provided under veromaxx.com. Try dealing with them since they are who you placed your order with.
