Aspire, majestic ripoff, calling all the time Columbus Georgia
I had a card with Aspire,which i fell behide on, so majestic sent be a letter saying they would payoff aspire and i could make month payment to them, so i did it,but i just ran my credit and aspire is still on there showing a outstanding balance and majestic is no where on there,so i called them they said i have to get it under the credit line, but that is not what they said when i done this.Also they call 2 to 3 times a day till they get someone and when they do get someone i ask them why are you calling because i'm not late and they say we would like to think you for your last payment and then ask me when and how are you going to make your next payment, i tell them i do not no i just payed this month, they then say well we will call back in a week then you can tell us how your going to pay.
I HAVE NEVER SEEN A COMPANY LIKE THIS THAT CALLS EVER MONTH TWO TO THREE TIMES A MONTH EVEN WHEN THEY GET SOMEONE TO SEE WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE THERE PAYMENTS AND YOUR NOT EVEN LATE. aLSO I DONE A PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE AND FOR SOME REASON THEY FORGOT AND DIDN'T TAKE IT OUT SO THERE CALLING WOULDN'TING TO NO WERE MY PAYMENT WAS I TOLD THEM I DONE A PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE AND THEY FOUND WERE THE PAYMENT WAS MADE BUT I GUESS IT STILL WENT AGAINST MY CREDIT. BUT THIS COMPANY IS NOT RIGHT AND DOES NOT TAKE IT OFF YOUR CREDIT REPORT AND DOES CALL ALL THE TIME
