Associa Mid-Atlantic Horrible, lax, unresponsive, non-communicative property management King of Prussia Pennsylvania
I purchased my property at Beaver Hill Condominiums in Jenkintown in the Spring of 2017 and during the first year have had several issues that the Property Manager, Peter LaRosa continues to disregard and which the company continues to not address. They are as follows:
The concerns are:
1 Lack of quick response by emergency agency and maintenance in an emergency
2 Having to go to Jenkintown Borough to address a major plumbing issue
3 Insufficient de-icer on sidewalks which caused major slip and fall injuries which caused one to sue now costing over $200,000 in medical costs
4 Insufficient plowing of the back South bldg parking lot so as to make it difficult for many cars move
5 Lack of sufficient supervision of the pool staff and implementation of the pool rules
6 Having to threaten to contact your office to get written confirmation of a plumbing repair done by maintenance, which caused damage in my ceiling, before repairing my ceiling damage
7 Having to go to Jenkintown Borough to get response about the issue of not hearing the fire alarm when it goes off
8 Many HVAC units leaking to the degree of causing major damage of flooring and furniture adding up to thousands of dollars worth of damage which Associa is responsible for
I would NEVER reommend using Associa Mid-Atlantic as their property management company or owning or renting a property managed by them.
