My daughters phone was stolen. I called on a Thurs & was told it was in stock & that we would receive a new one on Monday. Monday came & nothing- I called & was told it was on back order & they didn’t know when they would get another one, but that I could keep checking. —:/ -Oh Thank you for that. Nothing but platitudes.

The problem is compounded by the fact that my daughter (her phone) is an ER nurse & uses her Apple Watch @ work- her watch doesn’t work w/out her phone.

I don’t tell them “I don’t know when I can pay you my premium”

You pay for a service & expect it when you need it. Is that too much to ask? Apparently for Assurant it is.

My carrier TMobile who I pay my premium to was of no help.

Time for a new carrier & a new insurance company.

You never know how good the insurance is until you need it- I’m sure they are fully aware of that and bank on it!
