in 2010 we paid these people $350.00 to start our file to obtain a US Waiver to enter the USA.
We immediately had to stop at that time as we were not in a finacial position to continue.
We have just asked them to start our file back up again.
They did absolutely no work on our file whatsoever in 2010 or since then.
Now they want us to pay that $350.00 again.
At no time, during the past 4 years, did they ever say there would be a penalty for not proceeding.
They had th use of our funds for 4 years. They do not reply to our emails.
We have asked for our money back and they do not respond to us now.

Joe Black of Assured Pardons contacted us promptly yesterday, just after our initial RipOff report was filed. He stated that he sent the dovuments we require to obtain our waiver long ago.
We could find no email advising us they were on their way and no tracking number was provided.
We assured him we never received them.
He has told us he will resend these documents and this morning we received an email from him showing us that has started the process of recompiling and resending these documents to us.
We appreciate this positive response and quick response, and will continue to keep this record up-to-date.
