got the same letter as did the previous person that filed the report word for word with the exception of the claims agent for north america. hers was a woman, the one listed on mine is Jack Dempsey at 1 902 412 9338. the check i recieved is cashiers check from the The Bank of Vernon, remitter kendall mcgill, vernon, ala. 3-15-07 with the cashiers' signature being Rob Thomas. same b.s. with new names!
