Atlantic Auto Mall Hyundai 193 Sunrise bought sportage for 20195.00. 7130.0 deposit. 28 months 19000 miles,latersame dealer trade in value junk worth 6000.00 West Islip New York
Went to Atlantic Auto Mall West Islip after 18500 miles on Kia Sportage the timing belt slipped on highway and wife was stuck for hours.Told By service department sportage is junk and unreliable.Should trade it in even though in perfect condition
Went to mall where I have bought 4 other cars 98, 99, 2000, 2004 last one in january.I was told they would give me 6000.00 for the Sportage even though I still owe 8246.93. The money owed would be put on the new car loan.
When I asked them why this is happening it was because Kia does not perform well and they were only trying to help Kia by having them in the Auto Mall with them. So thats all they could do.
I was contacted by thir internet team and was told [i am sorry for your unpleasant experience. I'm sorry I couldnt of done more to assist you, please dont hold this against us. but I can understand your valid point. good luck in the future.]
when told that i was going to cotact the bank i was told do what you have to do
