regarding resolution by AT&T that did not resolve the dispute, the resolution was incorrect and not what we discussed per telephone contact. This was the third

representative I spoke with, all 3 offered different points, however none of the representatives had

corrected the information nor did they address the complaint I submitted.

This is still ongoing with no regard to the actual errors, billing errors, channel packages,prices,services on my telephone. the contract agreement seems never to be the issue, only I owe this for this and they are right i am wrong.

& ordered upon contract between at&t and myself. The prices/services/contract/whatever they call it at any given time,is what at&t and dish network changed without notifying me or allowing me to choose to deny or accept.

The changes were made on the telephone service almost immediately after 01/16/2007, dish tv changes in packages & prices were changed about 1 week after the sattelite installation on 01/26/2006. I didnt have channels, to start with either, (approx. local, then later 40 channels, unsure what was there but for some time no channel selections) until after feb.20,2007.

1 to 2 weeks after that there were several channel selections returning.?

I have made many calls to at&t which were juggled around, I was on hold for more than 2 hours once , in fact every time I called my phone battery starts to need charged. They even leave automated messages on my phone saying stuff about my bill asking my phone to push 1 if its me, or... I feel harrassed!They have contacted my family in reference to my complaints!

The continous different representative supposedly reading from the case only protects them in error, all the while each rep. has the usual reiterating comments that only perpetuate the problem, stalling as I keep paying, as my credit still gets ruined. I am trying yet they are wrong and will not do anything to change this.Just transfer me to several agents that discussed all the reasons they claim only, til eventually I'm hung up on.

This was the same ritual over and over. Its obvious after my number goes thru the computer,Im redirected to another run around

I cant deal with the stress. I am financially

strapped because of the bills in error while I pay higher prices for exact/comparable services as the general public.

The contract was through at&T no other company was involved.It was a bundled package that the representative from AT&T called me about.since I still cant get it online cheaper because of the bad phone number(I assumed).

The rep.& I discussed what I wanted. I told

her how much I could afford per month and she assured me she would get the best service available at

the amount I was able to afford. The 3 services were not quoted seperately, & the bundle price quote

was $58.00 per month w/o tax,surcharges.

Then I started getting seperate billings that were confusing, until about march or april so that I knew they had all been charged sepewrately, higher priced and saw that dish packages for tv also had a whole new package service.It was not until the resolution letter

AT&T sent that I realized there was a specific name for these packages, confusing all the more, but

while going thru my documents and bills I found the dish contract (illegible and faded and impossible to

read)the brochure of packages given to me and sent to me for the original package I was given, (or at least as I can see adds up to the $58.00 quoted amount.

It was my understanding this was the reason for the bundle, 18 month contract to keep it, and was all on one bill at a price.

I still did the contract that AT&T breached completely on every detail. Anyway I sent the above mentioned copies at a big expense to me again toXXXX only to get a

letter saying that AT&T resoved the matter and case closed. I have tried to resove this while att just

passes me to dish and dish back to att. Neither of the 2 companies will take responsibility for the errors

except to apologize or argue on the phone with me.All the while att ignores what I am trying to tell

them saying there is no package such as that.

The copies I sent shows otherwise. Now att just sends me

again to dish who sends me to att, now i had to reorder internet service , and dish billed my credit card

for unknown charges without authorization. When I contacted them, they refused at first to even tell me what the charges were for, I had to demand the info! Finally the rep. from dishnetwork argued that i cancelled my service on a contract of 18 months early and the charges are penalties. They said 'I ' cancelled my service. I told them no I didnt, att did that saying I owed when i didnt.

Dish network rep. ended it by referring me back to att.I am still waiting for att to resolve. It is not doing any good. I am at a lossES and I cant resolve this alone.Now today I have a letter from DISH saying thanks for credit card payment(they should not have done)(costing me

almost $85.00 in fees subsequently credit company closed the account since it was unauthorized) I didnt

know why until finally (dish said per phone/c.). The letter from dish now says: previous balace $0.00,

payment -$22.00, adjustments $420.00, taxes, $23.25, total $420.00. sent 01/10/2007, payable

immediately or theyll take further action against me! This has no end and is totally out of control as it

has been! Poor people, disable people, seniors, and the like just get taken for what these companies will take, even while we get lifeline telephone assistance from the government! We cant afford that either with the cheating done like the companiees do, while taking federal assistance?

WE the low income, cannot get legal assistance even tho I have continued to seek assistance.I cant get any assistance all the while this is continuing at my expense which is making me ill too. This needs attention and someone needs to take responsibility for the overcharges breaching a contract, and the damages caused to me. This hasnt ended and I cannot fight it alone or even try to resolve it when they ignore what the real issues are. Why do we have to fight these large companies to be fair? Why cant the resolution process resolve the issue instead of the company being unfair being the investigator, lawyer, mediator, jury, and judge?

How does this happen in America? I am not considered minority so where do I go?I am the low income minority and disabled minority, though I fall through the cracks or I assume, since I cant get assistance, or get the facts to be addressed and get to the truth of the matter.Look at the dollars they get by these practices, talk about unjust enrichment!

I have done all I can to show what the problem has been, but because they changed the contract and prices per contract, they say anything to back up what they charged me, except where I pay more than the rest of the public for less and comparable services. They never address that, or the crummy service, harrassment, selling my info, harrassment to my family and I, those issues are ignored.It is unbelievable this one world company owns us all!It is rediculous and the bills reflect

it so it doesnt matter if they keep changing representatives to change every resolution or explain what isnt true, the material facts are there and are ignored.

Now they are trying to charge me all that money

for cancelling a contract they dont even acknowledge. The charges obviously tho not

detailed or explained, are no doubt for a contract priced to accomodate what they charge, charged, will charge, no matter what, you are held to your agreement, they forgot the price freeze the details of the entire contract that apparently only exists for them to get more money from you BECAUSE they said SO.

And the contract that dish said was between att/

me, now att says it is dish, dish is billing me but dish says att made the contract?
