As the previous person said you were not on FM(which is no-cost) you were signed into XM Mobile(which uses the internet capability). But as the person said it is not something you can get into by accident. You first have to get to the application and first comes up with the warning message mentioned(in a red background by the way). The only way to get by this is to continue on. So if you failed to read this(or ignore it anyways) that is not the fault of AT&T. Why you continue to still get billed is because the billing cycles are not exactly when you receive the bill(or when they cut it off). So you still had some overlap, if you fail to pay these bills the costs will continue to rise because of other fees. As for the rebates, AT&T takes a very long time. The last rebate I received took just about 3 months, but since it said 10-12 weeks on the forms I sent in I expected it. However, don't expect to get your rebate at all now as they probably held it once your phone got cut off.

I can tell you without the shadow of a doubt that you were not on the FM radio, you were on the streaming music program. My son has this exact phone and it has a built in FM tuner that does not use any media usage at all. When you start the streaming music program it gives you a bolder than bold warning that reads WARNING: This product will use a large amount of data and you are responsible for all data charges incurred. It is strongly recommended that you subscribe to an unlimited data bundle. After it shows you that warning you have to continue to access this program. Not reading the fine print or ignorance of the terms is no excuse...
