ATV Galaxy advertised a CDI module on Amazon with a one year warranty. The part was defective in less than 90 days. ATV Galaxy said they had only a 30 day warranty and I was to contact the manufacturer. The manufacture helped me diagnose the module and agreed it was defective. They said to contact ATV Galaxy. ATV Galaxy will not return my emails. The manufacture says I’m not there customer and they can’t help with ATV Galaxy. ATV Galaxy is an internet rip- off company. They make fraudulent claims of warranty on Amazon.

Once the owner and I discussed the current situation I was in regarding the manufactures warranty, he stood behind the companies policy to make things right and gave me a full refund. I recommend ATV Galaxy for anyone wanting aftermarket parts for your ATV of any road bike.

The ignition unit that was purchased thru us has a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. We offer a 30 return policy and take care of all warranty's up to that time. Gary had issues with his unit after approx 90 days of use, we sent him to the manufacturer for warranty. The manufacturer denied his warranty claim. Once I was informed about this issue I spoke with the manufacturer to make a resolution. They said that they would not warranty the unit.

Without first seeing this “ripoff” report online I made the decision to ship him a new unit. I shipped the replacement UPS (((Redacted))) and sent him two emails explaining that box was shipped. Issue resolved in my book.

Fast forward 3 days and I get an email that there is a post of Ripoff Report. I contacted Gary via phone and we talked about the issue (this was our first phone conversion). He stated that he had already bought a new unit and he wanted a full refund instead of the warranty exchange. I agreed and issued him a full refund via paypal and intercepted the already in transit UPS shipment. He was happy and wrote me this email back.

 

“Christmas was spectacular- Thank you for your inquiry. I closed the case in a manner that will assist in your rebuttal. It is best for you to now use this forum to boast your customer service talents in the satisfactory resolution to this report. From my end, page one of the attached shows no open items. Page two shows the report was resolved on the 24th as we agreed. Page three has my final thoughts of how our relationship is currently. "A true world class company" sums it up. Again, respond to further your reputation from a customer service perspective.”
