I had sent off for an alleged free sample of Aura Vie all I had to pay for was $4.95 for shipping and handling. No problem I sent in my debit number to for the shipping and handling the next thing I know my husband is asking me what I had ordered for $97.88. Of course much to my shock I had ordered nothing I had not even recieved themy $4.95 Aura Vie. Since my husband works every day I took on the task of finding out who we had purchased something from for $97.88. When the call was answered it was by a person who could not hardly speak english (I am sorrybut I have a true problem with calling places and the people answering the telephones can not be understood) after30 minutes of saying I am sorry I can't understand you, is there anyone there that can speak a little plainer english?,I am sorry I can not understand a word you are saying do you understand what I am saying? I asked that she speak slower so I might be able to understand and finally a little headway. I tried telling her that I did not recieve the package and I was not going to pay $97.88 for something I did not recieve. I was then told it was too late it was already taken from my account and would not be returned. After argueing this matter and asking to talk to a supervisor I was told I would have to hold for 24 to 48 hours to talk to one because they were very busy. I said "no problem I am not busy the next few days I will just plug my phone up and hand on". After a few more minutes I was given to a supervisor who agreed to refund me half of the $97.88 if I sent them an e-mail stating the fact that I had not and would not follow up with any further action against Aura Vie or make any complaints against them.
WRONG! Don't steal from me and tell me to ignore it and not to tell anyone else.
Oh yeah they said they had a USPS tracking number showing it had been delivered to my house,Unless it is signed for the USPS tracking # is not worth a poot. It just shows they made an effort to deliver it to that address and since it does not fit in the mailbox it was probobaly sat beside it which would have been in the road in my case. So they had better butter their corn better than a USPS#.
