Aura Vie they advertize for free trial offer for free trial kit & uyou just pay shipping of 2.95 RISK FRER!!! THEN YOU GET IT & THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU 97.00 IF U KEEP IT OR 38.00 IF U DONT ! WHEN I VALL TO CANCEL U GET AN AUTOMATED RECORDING GIVING YOU ONLY OPTIONS MENTIONED ABOVE. DIDNT WANT EITHER. TO CANCEL WOULD COST ME 38.00 TO KEEP IT WOULD BE CHARGED 97.00! NOW THEY HAVE CHARGED ME 97.00 FEB 1ST 2014. & COST ME OVERDRAFT FEES AND I AM VERY ANGRY! I FEEL THIS IS SCAM. & THEY TRAP YOU IN & CANT CANEL WITHOUT PAYING THEM MONEY R THE OPPTIONS. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK & STOP THESE PEOPLE/ COMPANY OF SCAMING PEOPLE & TRAPPING THEM TO PAY FOR STUFF THEY DONT WANT! OR AT LEAST GIVE US THE FREEDOM TO SAY...NO! van nuys california
they advertize free trial in magazine & yoy just pay for shipping of 2.95. so did ! they say its rist free. so i did recieved free product and when i recieve it i read that my acct will be charged 97.00 a mth unless i cancel. i call to cancel and to csncel i have to aggree to pay 38.00 and send one time fee and return un used trial which you thought was free.so now im at the point they chsrged my acct 97.00 plus overfraft fee i have cuase of it. please give me my money back. this prouct is not like or better than botex at all. very disappointed in forcing to pay.

If you are dealing with this then you DID NOT READ!!! The terms and conditions are there on the site. If you did not cancel within 14 days OF PLACING YOUR ORDER, then they are going to charge you the FULL PRICE of the MEMBERSHIP program. You could have avoided this by either doing a simple search on the product itself or READING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!! All of this could have been avoided if you had done YOUR part as a informed consumer. THEY are not ripping you off, YOU RIPPED YOURSELF OFF!! In the future READ!!!!! I cannot stress this enough. Its consumers like you that cause unnessasary drama because you made assumptions or you take information at face value. NOTHING IS FREE!!!! Only air and sunlight are free. EVERYTHING ELSE COSTS!! If you keep that in mind you shouldnt fall for anymore online memberships.
