Early this morning; I got a text and E-mail messages from my bank informing me of a uncommon charge to my account in the amount of $97.88. I told them that I am did not ordered anything for that amount. All I did was, I saw an ad for a free sample of Aura Vie skin care for completing a survey. On June 26th I opened my account and found 2 charges from ZMM the 1st was in the amount $1.93 and the 2nd was for $1.02 for shipping and handling as per the internet agreement.
There was no agreement in the amount of $97.88.
I finally checked out the Aura Vie and the first thing that came up is the Ripoff Report with the exact problems.
I am called them and was told to return the products on opened and by August 7th 2014 and to make sure that the product is insured via USPS in order for them not to charge me the $97.88. I am so happy that my bank challenged the charge. The way this company when about this "FREE TRAIL OFFER" is a disgrace!
