Auto Accepatnce - Ron Tonkin Illegal Business Practices Ripoff Auto Acceptance sold us a lemon lied about interest rates on papers repoed car unjustly unprofessional Portland Oregon
Where do I start? Ron Tonkin? Auto Acceptance lied about our term and interest rates. When we sat down to sign papers, the info on papers was diffrent from what we were told. High intersest rates for not so bad credit.
We were sold a lemon. They didnt give proper credit to our account when paid. Didnt lower our interest rate after 2 years if payments were on time as promised. Repoed truck unjustly. They yell and scream at you on phone very outrageous and unprofessional people. Will not return phone calls, loose your information in their database, mix up your file, etc. They also dont report proper payments to the Credit Reporting Agencies as required. It took them 3 years to report our first payment. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM!
