Auto gallery Imports Rip Off Charged me $6,000 extra for my car Westbury, New York
Hello my name is Natasha Fletcher I recently purchased a car from Auto Gallery Imports 500 Old Country Road, Westbury, NY, 11590. I was told the price of the car was 23,500 by the sales rep Josh Shay. Upon approval with the finance officer Sam I received the car but after careful review I see that the price of the car pulse taxes is 32,969.00. This does not add up. The price of the car is $23,500 + $2,603.26 in taxes + $3,500 for 4 year warranty brings my total to $29,603.26. I traded in my car and was credited 2,600 which should bring my fiance total to 27,003.26.
However to my surprise my contract says my total amount financed is $33,869.00. How is that possible I have tried to express my concerns but noone at Auto Gallery imports is addressing my issue stating all sales are final. I even tried manager Steve. They treat customers like one night stands when they get what they want they dont care.This is an out rage this is an excess of $6,865.74 that these people have stolen from me. Maybe you should have done your 'careful review' of the contract before you signed it? Or did you sign a blank paper and they filled in the blanks in the back room?
