Hello there Holy Smokes,
Thank you for your comments. I have excellent credit, but they implied otherwise and I believed them. Why AutoFair felt the need to abuse my trust is the question that AutoFair needs to answer. I went there because of their internet ad plus they kept calling me and telling me what great deals they had and that the used car manager wanted my car. I fell for the whole scam from beginning to end.
Maybe your friends with someone who works there or you work there, it really does not matter to me. I shared my experience only to warn other people to be prepared before entering their showroom or not to go at all. I should have gone to any other dealership in southern NH, but unfortunately I did not.

Why did you buy the car if you noticed all these problems? Was it because you had no money and that was the only place that would finance you? This problem lies on the buyer. There is no shortage of car dealerships in southern NH and you should have walked away if you didn't like the place.

I am new to "rip off reports" but to answer the consumer comment below "why"? I am adding this rebuttal:
why I believed them is the question. why I trusted them, why they targeted me with such unscrupulous sales tactics, why they implied my credit score was low, why I didn't get up and walk out, why I went there in the first place..these questions and many more will haunt me for a very long time!
correction to my original post: I paid sticker plus not invoice.
Whatever the reason for entering into a "spot Delivery", the goal is the same. The dealer wants to make the consumer believe the deal is final so that the consumer does not consider purchasing a different car elsewhere.

"They charged me invoice then added almost 4k for the crappy finance deal they stuck me in."
Why did you agree to the crappy finance deal?
