Automotive services department Immediate response to mailed notice is being requested for a vehicle that I don't even own. Atlanta Georgia
Sent me a letter in the mail claiming they have sent me multiple notices and that I haven't contacted them to update my auto file. I have driven a Mercury in my recent past but have never had anything with my name attached. That vehicle was owned by my boyfriend. Never even specified what kind of Mercury it was or the year it was yet they were claiming that my factory warranty will expire or may have already expired.
Said I needed to update my coverage. Neglecting to replace coverage I'd be at risk of being financially liable for repairs. That no other notices will be sent for their offer and that this would be their only attempt to contact me about my expiring factory warranty.
