Autumn Ridge Apartments in Blackwood, NJ Do Not Waste Your Money or Lose Your Sanity in Moving Here Blackwood New Jersey **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**
This community is strewn with animal feces and trash, has questionable activities constantly going on while advertising itself as a gated or secure community when the gates are broken the majority of the time. Not to mention the police vehicle that has not moved the entire time I have lived here by the front entrance giving newcomers a sense of false security. There are neighbors that are reckless and allow their children out at all hours to reek havoc on the neighborhood and some of the adults keep you up at all hours of the day or night without any sense of courtesy. The smell of drugs can be smelled inside your apartment as well as when you step outside, so there is no escaping it. Try and mention a repair request and it gets dealt with when they are ready to deal with you and it will be one of three times at least that it will take before you just shrug your shoulders and decide you can work with it as is. Never mind complaining to the office about any of the above, because nothing gets done about it and as a responsible tenant you will receive unprofessional endless threads of emails as well as be either ignored when you walk in with the complaint in person, which is followed up by clueless verbal communication via a phone call in which those in charge should lead by example and instead choose to hang up on you. The turnover rate here is terrible and I wish I never moved in here in the first place. It saddens me to see families with children moving in, because the police is out here for calls more often than not. Even worse there have been occasions where out of fear the police were not contacted because of the ruckus. Do not move in here. Keep your money and sanity and invest it wisely elsewhere.
