This report is on my deceased mother's behalf. Dr. Reza Tirgari butchered her face. She went to see him for a rhinoplasty revision and she came out looking like Michael Jackson. It was devastating to see what this charming smart plastic surgeon did to her face. This was in 2017.
When I saw all law suit in San Diego County Court and San Diego News Paper ( See Attached ) for Dr. Reza Tirgari, I knew I couldn't hold back, and that I had to write something myself.
It is scary to see how many good reviews this careless doctor has in Yelp!!! He significantly squanderd the quality of life my mother had in her last ten years. Numerous medical problems due to his poor work. Please be weary of him, and find yourself another surgeon.

("Plaintiff") has initiated an action in the Superior Court of San Diego Courty, case number 37-2018-00023497-CL-DF-CTL ("the Action") due to allegedly false statemetns made by "Theresa M." In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to Matson Casey LLP at [email protected]. Plaintiff has served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates the website, to revela your identity. You may have a righ tto file and serve a response to teh subpoena anonymously.
