This company is a Rip-Off. I was tricked into this product thinking is was something by HGTV's; Johanna Gaines, as I was reading her article. I clicked on the Avanti ad and was directed to a website to order the product. The only thing I understood was it was a "TRIAL" product. No where did I ever see "14 Day Trial" after which I would be charged almost $180.00 for the products. I was stuck in the website when it wouldn't allow me to pass another product which was being offered. I finally just closed the website. I didn't know I had actually purchased the TRIAL products but I knew I didn't want the $39.95 item they wanted to shove down my throat.
The products arrived in the mail with NO RETURN ADDRESS or SHIPPING INFO. I couldn't even return the products!! I tried the products and I'm not impressed. I called the company after I noticed I'd been charged the $180.00 and asked them what was going on. They said that since I didn't cancel in the first 14 days, I was being charged the full cost of the items!! Again, I never got to the end of my purchase on the website. I NEVER saw that it was a "14 Day Trial" or I wouldn't have ordered it at all!!!
Very deceptive!! I'll fight this all the way. Companies like this are scoundrals and cheaters!! I can not afford to be out $180.00.

I never got to the end of the purchase. Had I, I wouldn't have authorized the amounts and/or canceled the account within the 14 Day Trial period because I can't afford to purchase this type of product for that amount of money. I NEVER saw the Terms and Conditions or I would NOT have approved this!!
BEWARE folks. Anytime an online company wants your credit card up front like Avanti, it's a fraudulent company. I have learned the hard way. The credit card should only come at the end of the purchase!!
