I'm going to have to tell a story of a lying cheat cyber bully who is out to ruin the reputation of a quality graphic artist. In this report you're going to find out the true hatred that inside this human being and if you keep supplying him with money or having him take money from people, it's only going to become worste. We need to stop cyber bullies in their tracks.
A few weeks ago, Louis purchased his first logo design from for a cleaning business. It was for a client of his. However he said that it was for himself, but I found out otherwise when I had to stand up and fight.
He loved it. It was basically perfect on the first try and the next logo came in. We charged him a lower price for being a repeat client, to show him that I am not only a fair business man, but I really thought his business couldn't use the name because he didn't research before buying the logo. He told me only the business name for the logo and told me to be creative. I did come up with a few samples a few days late but as a repeat client I was hoping he would understand that I couldn't perform my duties when I was sick. He could have asked for a refund at any point but he did not and he waited for the logo. My website states there are no refunds once the graphic has been sent. Anytime before that, they may get their money back. We work until the client is happy. I delivered the samples to this client and when he saw them, he emailed me with the sickest thing I have ever read.

Jeremy, I truly believe that some blind Jerry's Kids could have sh*t out a better product. Do yourself a favor and lay off the weed and COD video games and pay more attention to your business..especially if you want a tattoo parlor. Moreover, I would be scared for your to free hand a design on anyone after seeing the kindergarten crayola spin and color amateur sh*t your sent me. Just close shop and don't bother anymore.
Your time management is garbage....you need some structure and purpose to your life and need to better understand your clients. If you worked for me and I didn't chop on this graphic, I would fire both of us and close out the biz since this is pound for pound sh*t.
PS: I guess I get what I pay for and it truly shows...
Enough of my venting...just close your business down.

I did some research and I found out that this is my competition, he was reselling my artwork at a much higher price and his client didn't like it, so he went off on me. Now being competitive is one thing, but to go as low as to do something like this. It's not right and alot of us graphic designers get treated like crap, especially by other designers. We are people too. We are real artists. We are NOT clipart designers like most are.
A Week later he files a chargeback. This is what I have to say to those people who are ripping off hard working americans. We're not going to take it anymore! We have united and we will do everything in our power to stop these cyber bullies and scam artists from taking money from us! This is how we eat and survive.

I will happily fight this in court everybody! I'll sue this person for not getting paid for the work I did. This ripoff report is for those wanting to work with this guy. This is pretty messed up and if I really did lie, I could be sued for slander, defamation etc. I have saved this email and will continue to fight this person as this is wrong and he knows it. He is trying to cover his butt.

After a second review, you not only manipulated my emails but lied to the public about your work. In no way shape or form did I ever discuss or make fun of handicap people. You should be ashamed of yourself for using this language and imagining a fight that grew to epic levels. The problem here is your anger and the fact that I did not pay you after you submitted (took 2 weeks) complete crap. I paid for a logo design not a novice sketch. Once again I will file suit for this blatant defimation of character.
