I purchased iphone product after fully researching requiremements. I paid to increase icloud storage, ensured everything was syncing to cloud. Webwatcher makes it impossible to meet their refund guidelines, because they insist on allowing 3 icloud syncs 24 hours apart, whcih exceeds the 72 hour refund policy! So they already have you screwed there (but I dont think that policy will hold up in court). Anyway, I contacted tech support after 3 syncs because i was still getting nothing on the dashboard. THey confirmed it wasnt working and would send to development. i nver heard from anyone. I began pestering after a few days, every day, for 3 weeks. I demanded a refund on my 1st and every inquiry. I eventually began to get reports of SOME of the synced data but not all. I took photos of the phone screen showing for example texts or imessage with a date stamp, and compared that to webwatcher reports for same date. the counts of messages never matched and some days webwatcher didnt even capture any messages at all. THey completely ignored the evidence i submitted multiple times and continued to refuse a refund. In addition, the website "convinces" buyer to pay additional for backup software, but nowhere did they say there is no such thing as backup software for the iphone. They refused to refund that money too! I eventually began getting emails from a supervisor trying to convince me I was wrong, refused to acknowledge the evidence I submitted, and just redirected me to verbatim refund policy. When I threatened to sue I received no more contact from them. I intend to sue, I have the hard evidence, I just have to now take time off work to go to the courthouse to file, again to show for hearings, etc. I've got 2 years to file a suit. I will. I will also file a complaint with the attorney general, the FTC, and the better business bureau. What a mess. Just stay away from this company. THey are a ripoff!
