Awareness technologies Webwatcher Falsely advertised, easily detected and removed westport Connecticut
I bought this product because my son was not supposed to know it was on his laptop. First day I see he goes to site to find out how to uninstall and now it is off. This was a TOTAL waste of time and money. Have requested refund as it is 'guaranteed' and only getting run around. They want me to give them access remotely to our pc to 'fix' or they won't refund the money.
