Az mobile auto Took my money and never did the work Anthem Arizona
I have been waiting months for my car to be repaired by this company.
My 2014 Hyundai Elantra limited needed a new engine so I paid them $1900 upfront and when it finally arrived two months later I had to pay the technician $1300 for labor cost.
He started the work (supposedly) and called me hours later saying that the engine did not come with motor mounts and could not be installed without them. I paid $1200 for the motor mounts and two weeks later after they finally arrived I met with the technician to give him the keys to start the work on the car. He said he would try to have the car done today but at 5pm I got a call that the technician had stopped worked for the day and was told where he left the keys.
It's Friday and they don't (supposedly) work on the weekends so I had to wait until today which is October 18th. The appointment was scheduled for 10am.
I called at 9:30am to confirm and was told that the technician was finishing up a current job and would be heading to me afterwards.
An hour later I received a call stating that the technician was unable to complete his current job because he became sick. So we had to again reschedule.
This time for Thursday the 20th at 10am.
An hour later I get yet another call saying they made a mistake and called the wrong person and that the technician is already at my car and is working on it.
However, they said that the technician is saying the ecu isn't communicating with him and that it may need to be replace or repaired or whatever.
I am waiting to hear back on rather or not they will try and get more money out of me.
Either way it goes I will not give them another penny. I have had enough. They've already ripped me off for thousands of dollars and it stops here right now today!

This company has made no effort to fix the situation so now I go the legal route!
