I bought 3 rooms of furniture from Badcocks which included a washer and dryer, Tv and a Vaccum. 

At the time of delivery, a drawer pull was missing from one of the dresser drawers, they promised to order one and install it.

I have called over and over, I have been to the store and spoke to the manager all the way down to the delivery man.  Its been 26 months of stalling, ignoring and promises to order it right away, time and time again.   

I called Badcock Home Furniture Corp and spoke with customer service last year, who said they needed time to investigate.  Even though I was upset to say the least, I trusted the Corp to do so.

Yesterday, I decided to start over again and explain that I can not open the drawer without the drawer pull.  I was not any too nice.  

I called the Corp this am, and Chelsie the customer service girl said she would investigate and call me back in a few hours.   She called me back and told me that since I filed bankruptcy in 2010, they could not do anything.  I explained that I bought this furniture in 2009, and paid cash at the time. Their name was not on the bankruptcy.  She said they can not do anything until the bankruptcy is off the credit report!!!!

I estimate the drawer pull to cost $2.00, drill a hole in the dresser, but in the bolt and tighten it down. Thats it. right? Wouldnt you fix the drawer to make the old lady happy?

I have filed a report with the Attorney Generals office, and I am not sure where to go from here:(
