Your report lacks details so I will make a suggestion for you since we do not know what type of payment you made. 1. If you made a single payment that is not a subscription (check your transaction details to see which this is), file a complaint through PayPal. 2. If you made a subscription payment, make sure you go into the details of the subscription and select Cancel. 3. If you paid using PayPal with a credit card, it is your consumer right to file a chargeback.
