Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler has been around for a long time. You would think they would do professional work in a timely manner, but NO. Everyone working on our files refused to report on the status of the same to us despite numerous requests.
Over five years ago Ballon Stoll attorneys promised that documents would be filed to secure a substantial debt to get us paid. Not only were we lied to but all the while the law firm kept insisting they had a confession of judgment in place while everyone ignored our demand to see the document.
Word documents were sent to us instead of letters as is the custom in our field. Finally the lawyer we were duped by was terminated, however name partners in the firm received our email, fax and phone demands only to ignore our communications.
Perhaps after other clients complain they can get a grip on their operation. Be careful when doing business with this firm, insist on timely reports and do not allow anything to happen without being copied on it.
