Bally's Total Fitness ripoff What a bunch of uncaring, money grubbing Humble Texas
I thought it would be great to get a ballys membership at the time but I soon came to relize it has become a nightmare. ABout 2 days after I got the membership I was in a car wreak. I told the membership guy that I could not come back in for that reason and to cancel my membership.
About a month later my wallet was stolen and in the process of getting everything together I found out that ballys took $68 out of my account
1) i asked them to cancel that membership
2) I only signed up to pay $25 a month.
I finally call ballys they tell me that I have to show prorof that I was so injured that I couldn't use the gym. First off I really wasn't hurt that bad thank god 2) I had no car after I was rear ended.
Finally, I am still fighting them because I never used their gym ounce but they want me to pay them $2000 I never even recieved a membership card.
What a bunch of uncaring,money grubbing
