I feel like I was completely defrauded by Bally's Total Fitness by their inability to adhere to the terms of my contract. It all started when I was coerced (or muscled) into signing a contract under unscrupulous conditions in which the entire terms of the contract were not explained to me and the understanding was that I could cancel my membership due to poor service.
They failed to provide me with the nutritionals, I didn't realize until later that I was grossly overcharged, and now that I've experienced financial difficulty they are hounding me at both my work and home causing embaressment and outrage on my behalf. I feel like I'm the victim of a crime. I contacted the Illinois attorney general but I'm still waiting for a response.
