Bank of America Countrywide Mortgage DAVID ZAMORA Disrespectful to terminaly ill homeowner Simi Valley, California
My parents had to leave their home temprarily and go back to their home state bacause my dad was terminaly ill. Then my parents find out their home was being forclosed on. My mom calls Bank of America and speaks to a representitive named DAVID ZAMORA with BANK OF AMERICA/COUNTRYWIDE. She explaines to him that they had to leave the home temporarily to bring my DAD back to his home state because of his illness. My DAD was very ill and dying slowly and this man asked her how long it would take for him to die. This is uncalled for a person to ask such a thimg and B of A has these kind of people working for them. Needless to say My Dad passed away May4 2010 and as for B of A they foreclosed on the house my parents temporarily left sold it countless times and still ended up owning it.I dont know how anyone could as a person this. And if I can find away for my mom to sue him I will have it done. I wish it would cost him his job.So MR DAVID ZAMORA OF BANK OF AMERICA LOOK FOR law suit.That was a cold hearted question you asked my mom.So if you get DAVD ZAMORA as a representitive to talk to record the call bescause you dont know what kind of things he will say to you.You will need it as proof that you got an ahole.

*Lori, You can 'Google' this- BANK EXECUTIVES PROFITING ON THE DEATH OF EMPLOYEES, and make a copy of that article and send it to David Zamora so he....

can see what kind of a company he works for, right?
In that article it states that Bank of America has $17 BILLION in secret life insurance policies on its employees, correct?
Make sure to print a copy of another article and send it to David Zamora also. Simply 'Google' this- BANK OF AMERICA COMPLAINTS SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES, and the article should be available on the web.
You can always get the FAX# to where he works and fax copies of that article to him. Maybe the other employees who work with him will see those articles and read them, right?
