Well, the bank figured in a nutshell it was still my fault I guess. They said that I had authorized an automatic transfer of $30 weekly into my savings account deducted from my checking. Yes I did this, but I told them I still didn't understand how I could have transferred the 30 dollars back into my checking if the money wasn't in there. She said that $30 was pending and not actually posted to my savings yet that day. I think this is very, very deceptive to people when they don't show the money as pending and just show it as $30 and the customer thinks that the money is actually in there. And if it was pending, how come the website didn't say I didn't have permission to make the transfer in the first place since the money wasn't actually in my savings? I am due a small refund and I QUICKLY closed my accounts. The woman I faxed the report of my complaint said she was offended and I apologized, I told her I didn't feel anyone was helping here. Oh, well, so much for that.
