Bank Of America ATM Ripoff Brinks gets 1700 dollar pay day Port Richey Florida
I deposited 2000 cash in the ATM cash slot type machine, no envelope used. The machine spit 300 back at me and told me the machine could not process cash at this time. (I used the ATM for speed as there was a long line in the bank and the ATM was open and I needed to get to an appointment). I immediately went into the Branch and told the manager what had happened. I was informed that BOA (Bank Of America) had nothing to do with the ATM but it was contracted to Brinks and I had to file a claim with there electronic funds department. I did so and after 45 days I was informed the money could not be found and the 1700 credit I was given was removed from my account leaving me with no money to pay my guys and negative in balance, this was compounded with overdraft fees putting me about 2500 in the negative. I have escalated the claim and told them within 30 min of the deposited the denomination and amount of the cash but they cannot find it. I was told that everything going into the machine was scanned but this is apparently a lie since they were unable to find a scan of the 17, 100 dollar bills the machine kept. I am ready to do a class action suite anyone with me???
