Dear Mr. Or Mrs. Kene Isiogu AKA (bank one, JPMorgan Chase Bank and all the other names this company goes by)

This letter is in response to your white wash reply you sent to the BBB and my self. My concerns have escalated two fold after reading this white wash letter.

1. I am sorry I ever heard of this bank, let alone try to set up a account with it! Seems like no one can here or see how to read an email so I need to repeat my self once more time. Footnote

A review of my records indicates that I did receive the letter sent on Feb. 15 2006, notifying me of a report on chex systems by Wachovia Bank. Which was paid on 03-01-06

From my bank of American bank account, after payment I called the number on the letter and the person answering the phone what was happing and it was paid and to check the chex system it takes chex system 2 weeks to post a formal receipt. (employees of bank one ect. should know this, doing business with this company) I called several times after and received so many different answers, and emails. I sent (snail mail) the signature card and about 2 below is the text with the header info from the email,

Then I called and said to one guy that answered the bank one hotline that if my snail mail with the signature card and my date of birth, account number and address was a security issue for me so I wanted the account closed and reopened with a new account number.

He said that cannot be accomplished till I was credited for the checks I sent back 2 weeks earlier. So I received no informational emails or call NOTHING. Then I get a great email from The Great bank one below is the text, (after they closed the account)

A little asinine the account was closed, with out an email or a call stating we took your money, we received the returned check and your account will be credited back the amount that you spent to open this account!!! I will keep a close look out on my bank of American account to see this nightmare end!! Consumer's Desired Resolution you must not have read, I would not have received this WHITE WASH LETTER!!!

Furthermore I do not want to receive any further emails letters commutations with this BAD COMPANY any more and will be posting all the info I have on the ripoffreport web site ripoffreport.com/default.asp. Thanks for the nightmare !!

Footnote 1. All you would have had to reply is yes we were a little unorganized and we are getting on the right track ect and not send white wash letters, show a little true concern for a customer. That would be all there was to it. And it does indicate the quality of service Bank One provides!!!!!!! And I found out you deal with BP that is enough to scare me running!!
