I got a policy for my children. got a letter from my agency stating that she no longer works for the company. i got a letter from anothr agency stating she was my new agency, I had some questions about my 2 policies I left several message for her no reply. after 2 month i was told that i have another new agency but he couldn't answer any of my questions so I cancel my policies. and wanted a refund no one repond to any of my calls of email. But today I sent a general email and was to I will not be getting a refund. not our policy to give refunds. it has been a year with this company.

Instead of just filing complaints and banging your head against the wall. If they are violating the policy conditions, advise your states insurance commissioner. If, as I suspect, they aren't...live with the result of your cancellation without first checking the policy.
