Total waste of time if you are looking for a career. 12 people hired on with me 6 were fired by the 1st week. I was grotesquely overqualified for this position and managed to make it almost 2 months. Was the last man standing. Most blatant abuse of an at will state i have ever seen in my 25 years in the job market. No matter how hard/well you work do not think your job is safe here. You're better off not wasting your time.

Barrister Global Services, Inc., follows employment laws and treats employees with respect and dignity. Many employees come to feel of BGSN as a big family as I do.
Not all employees have a lengthy career with us. As a large but dynamic company, we can tell early on if the employee will not be able to meet our high standards of performance or fit our company culture. As our company president says often, "If you don't want to work hard, don't come to work here." We have employees that have been with us from the beginning and a large percentage of employees have been with us for more than five or even ten years. In our industry (IT), that's a lifetime.
I have no way of knowing who you are. I'm sorry your feelings have been hurt by the company decision to part ways. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

They fire people for absolutely no reason. I used to work as a tech in Hammond, LA and was fired after 5 months. They are racist and prejudice. They only promote their friends and people who kiss a##, which i refused to do. Be glad you got let go so soon and didnt waste any time working there. You would have been dissappointed.
