BAYPOINTE HOMES ONCE BEING GENESIS HOMES AT THE SAME LOCATION TOOK MONEY FOR A DOWN PAYMENT, CLAIMED BANKRUPTSY AND OPENED UNDER NEW NAME. ORLANDO Florida
Formerly Genesis homes took down payment money from many to build houses, then took the money and ran to bancrupsy court and is now operating under new name...and making more money w/o returning down payments.

Bay Pointe Homes is NOT formally Genesis Homes

Bay Pointe homes is located in the office formally occupied by the home builder "The Genesis Group". Bay Pointe Homes only involvment in the bankruptcy (Gale see the correct spelling)of the Genesis Group was taking over contracts for all of the buyers interested in having their contracts fullfilled. Bay Pointe credited any monies deposited with the bankrupt company and built the houses at the contracted price. Not one penny more. The buyers of the homes with the bankrupt company were given the oppurtunity to have Bay Pointe Homes build the houses or take the loss of their deposit and have someone else build their home. If "Gale" did not get her money back or get her home built, it was her decision.
