The company responded to complaints by addressing the disputed issues and exhibiting a good faith effort to resolve the complaints satisfactorily. Generally, if within the Bureau's desired frame, a company resolves a complaint to a customer's satisfaction, or provides a meaningful specific response to a complaint, even if it doesn't fully satisfy the customer, it is considered to have provided a satisfactory reponse to the complaint.
How do you like that can of worms? Body of Change doesn't have to satisfy the customer's complaints because they got you hooked like a sucker on their fishing pole and the Better Business Bureau passes them through like a business that takes care of their responsibilities. Sounds like chums to me!

Body of Change does not care about it's clients. It cares about getting you hooked on a contract that they can hold on to after three days. BEWARE FRIENDS, they will smooze you for three, maybe four days and then your in the contract and complain all you care to.They don't hear you. They will dump you, switch you around and not care about you one bit. BUT YOU MUST CONTINUE TO PAY EACH MONTH OR YOU WILL BE TURNED INTO THE CREDIT BUREAU. THEY ARE LIKE SNAKES WAITING FOR THE STRIKE. I have been hassling with them since June 2002 and now I am going to the picket line.Dec 8th, 2002. They must not be allowed to get away with their game.
