Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I ordered business cards on 8/28/02, paid upfront and selected the style "advertised" to our real estate company from the BC4U sample flyer.

I added two phone numbers and an e-mail address to their standard format and asked them to be printed exactly as shown on their flyer advertisement.

I was to get a call that the cards were done in 2 weeks which I never got and had to call several times to finally get an answer that they were completed.

When I got the cards back to my office I noticed that they were not even close to the product that was advertised on their example flyer.

After several calls and faxes to prove me point they reluctantly agreed to do the cards over. This time I did get a call to say they were done and they told me to bring the old cards back.

I brought as many cards that I could retrieve from the trash and went to pick up my order today. The owner insisted that I give him the old cards before he would give me the new cards stating that he wanted to make sure I didn't have any "free" cards.

I told him that this was all that I could find at which point he took the bad cards and my replacement cards out of the front desk area to some where out of my sight in the back of the building to count them!

I couldn't believe this.

He came out several minutes later and said that I was 250 cards short and withheld that amount from my new order! An order they screwed up and now I am being blamed for some scam to get more cards for nothing by the owner of the company.

I was being made out to be the bad guy.

I was stunned.

I told him this was all I could find and some were already used but he would not give me what I paid for. I said that if he had made them correctly the first time we wouldn't be in this problem.

His response was that "his girl was new and made a mistake" and his attitude was he didn't care one bit! Take it or leave it.

He then offered me a refund for the 250 cards but I had to give them back to get my money.

Speechless, I walked out.

BC4U should change its name to BS4U.

BC4U has a policy that we DO guarantee our cards. We will offer a full refund, but most often we will redo the cards. In this case, the customer was offered the full refund, but instead wanted to have the cards redone. In the case that we redo the cards, we also require that ALL of the cards be returned, when the new cards are finished to be recycled. This customer was informed of this policy when the initial complaint was made. BC4U corrected the problem, and continues to have the same policies. The Staff of BC4U
