BCSportsCollectibles, bcsports.com, BCSportsCollectibles Closed stores with no way to reach them to claim gift card rebate Chester Pennsylvania
I received a jacket for christmas that was to small that was purchased at BCSports in the Walden Galleria mall in Buffalo NY. In January I returned the Jacket for a refund but was told without sales slip I would have to take a gift card. I asked when would be a good time to return to purchase items I might be interested in and was told to come in in the spring. When I returned the store was closed and no one could give me any info on where or when to contact BCSports.
I attempted to reach them on line at website listed on gift card and found web site to be under construction. After some searching I found out BCSports was at one time connected to EB Games so I contacted them by e-mail. They were very helpful but were unable to be of any assistance.
I found in later research that this company may have filed for bankruptcy in September of the previous year, if so why was I told to return in the spring to redeem my gift card with them knowing full well they were not going to exist at thet time?
