When you initially placed the order you were explained to that you were joining a autoshipment program for the vitamins if you did not cancel after the 30 day free trial. Additionally, when you received the vitamins, the literature included also explained the terms and conditions. i have been a beachbody customer for three years here are some helpful hints 1. their is a customer service and a contact us button you can click for all the way at the bottom of the web page . the very bottom where it gives the credits of the company. 2. read the fine print about vitamins and newsletters because vitamins clearly say that you get them only if you agree to the auto shipment method. which means you get them automatically every month and billed monthly till you call and cancel.
