As everyone else is stating this company is a real rip off. They advertise 2 free sample's. All you have to pay is S&H which was $5.95 for one & $4.95 for the other. Mind you these both came in the same package which probably cost them $3 at the most for postage. When I look at my bank statement they also charged me an additional $.99 for each product for supposedly more S&H charges. Called then at that point & tried to get the two $.99 charges removed but to no avail. Yesterday, I see on my bank statement a $97.83 charge from a company that I did not recognize. Immediately called them and a women who could barely speak English picked up the phone. It took about 4 mins. before I found out what this co. was. I was furious when I realized what they did. I could not understand this woman, and by the end of the conversation I was screaming at her. All I wanted was to get my money back & cancel this garbage product. Before she would even talk about that she was trying to sell me other products!!! After about a 6-7 min. call she finally said I would have my refund in 7-10 business days. They managed to put the charge on real quickly but getting it off takes 7-10 days.We'll see if it is actually removed.
In the meantime, I'm contacting the AG and the Better Business Bureau in regards to these scam artists. When I went back into their site I was able to find the small print that advises you about any future charges. It was well hidden & I needed to increase the font size to even see this. By the way, the product does not even work so please do not waste your money. Wish I had checked into this co. before ordering from them. I am a college grad & not a stupid person. Never in my life have I been duped by anyone or any co. until now. I feel like a real fool for falling for this one. What we idiots do to try to look younger. Give me my wrinkles any day over purchasing products from scam companies.
